PAYMENT POLICY:

Payment is expected within 24 hours of purchase. If special circumstances or delays are eminent, please message the shop or Dolly directly so something can be worked out.


PAYPAL is the currently the ONLY method of payment I accept. Not familiar with PayPal? Go to www.paypal.com

SHIPPING POLICY:

All items are sweetly & carefully wrapped and packaged individually to ensure it gets to you safely intact. Due to the high volume of orders, our processing time generally is 3-7 business days, but we are working diligently to get them out as soon as possible. You will be sent and e-mail notification via USPS of when your order has been shipped.
Orders are filled and shipped according to the date they were received, so if you were first to make a purchase when the shop opened, you will be first to receive your package; if you were last to make your purchase before the shop closed, your package will be sent last. ** Please note, that all custom orders may take longer  **

Shipping used is generally first class mail via USPS. Tracking is provided through the USPS e-mail that you will receive. Insurance is not available due to the fact that nail polish is considered hazardous materials. 

** PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT HAS YOUR CURRENT & FULL ADDRESS, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES, DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS'S **

 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Once the order is complete your package will be shipped via USPS. Because the package is traveling overseas, each parcel is subject to approval both from the U.S. Customs department as well as the Customs department in whatever county you live in.  Please understand that the Customs Department reserves the right to decline your package at any time with no explanation why. You will not receive a reason, nor will you receive your package. Please use caution when ordering, particularly if you've had issues in the past.  Once your package leaves the United States, Dollish Polish can no longer be held accountable for your package. If you suspect that your package may be lost or withheld from your Customs Department, please contact Dollish Polish within 60 days of your original order date.  We will accommodate your loss by re-sending your order 1 final time at no extra charge to you in the hopes that you will receive your package. Once your order has exceeded the 60 days, we can no longer be responsible for said packages. 
Refunds & Exchanges are not given/accepted.

 

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility should they incur. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying, thank you. In an effort to keep your costs down, we mark the package value low on all international orders.

** PLEASE NOTE- BRAZIL, ITALY & INDIA BUYERS **

Regrettably, due to continuous postal & customs issues,  Dollish Polish will no longer be able to accept & ship orders to Brazil, Italy, or to India. All orders incoming from either country will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. If you choose to request the order, please understand that it is at YOUR risk and we cannot be responsible for any lost or confiscated packages. We very much apologize for this inconvenience.  

 

COMBINING SHIPMENTS:

YES! We can combine orders for you! 

To ensure your orders are combined, at time of checkout, please add a message in the "note to seller"  that you have other orders that you'd like to have combined. You can also inform us directly by emailing us at [email protected].  We also make the effort to catch multiple orders to ensure the best shipping fee for you. All shipping adjustment refunds are sent via Paypal.

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds or exchanges are generally NOT accepted, however, If you have any issues and or questions, please contact the shop and we will do our best to make you a happy and satisfied customer. Dollish Polish is NOT responsible for any lost or damaged items after your package(s) have been sent through the post. Insurance is not available on any hazardous materials, but tracking will be provided to you for your package(s). If your items have been lost, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to discuss the next course of action to help you.

DAMAGED/LOST MERCHANDISE:

We do our very best to ensure that your order arrives not only in a timely manner, but also safely intact, but we also understand that accidents in travel sometimes do happen. If a polish or any other item has arrived to you damaged, we will be happy to replace it. All we ask is that you please contact us withing 7 days of receiving the broken item, and please provide a clear photo image documenting the damage. Send this, along with a brief explanation, to [email protected], and we'll take care of the rest.

Have a particular shade in mind that you just can't seem to find in stores? Looking to match that perfect dress for an upcoming event? Then you've come to the right place! Just send a direct message at any time via Big Cartel or at [email protected], to discuss ideas and make the perfect customized color just for you! Custom shades are only available in FULL size only and are $11.00 each.

HERE'S HOW CUSTOMIZED POLISHES WORK:

- Email Dolly with your ideas for your customized polish. Make sure to add what color, type of finish, and if you'd like to have glitter. Mention any color combos that you may like, etc. Feel free to attach photos with the email to help.

- Come up with a name for your custom polish.

- Once you've discussed your ideas with Dolly and have come up with the perfect idea, you will be sent an invoice for your custom shade.

- Payment is expected within 24 hours of receiving invoice, unless another arrangement has been made with Dolly. 

- Once payment is received, your custom polish will then be processed. and is typically completed and shipped within 7 days (unless another arrangement has been discussed with Dolly)

- When you polish is complete and ready to ship, you will receive and email notification that your custom polish is on the way, along with a photo of your new polish!
